THE SPACE
The cottage is nestled on ten magical acres between Point Arena and Gualala. We have two well behaved labs, a kitty and a flock of free-range chicks. There are 9 acres of beautifully landscaped space to explore and a private cove with panoramic view of the ocean. Our cottage is the perfect location to relax with nature and solitude or take day trips to explore the Coast.
GUEST ACCESS
Private parking for two at the beach cottage. About a hundred yard stroll to Warner Point where the guests enjoy whale and bird watching with unrivaled ocean views of the Pacific. There are two fire pits to relax around and watch the sun go down. Warner Point also has a natural wood bar, deck with glass railings (perfect for yoga) and two bathrooms.
EXTRAS
We provide local coffee, tea and a bottle of Mendocino County wine. The hot tub is right outside the bedroom and the view is mind blowing! Pets are welcome with a $25 dollar fee. Kids are welcome too. And with views as wide as the eye can see, our secluded spot offers plenty of privacy to enjoy Warner Point as if it is your very own. We look forward to hosting you.
